A hybrid of movement skills, stability and conditioning. Energy Phase will deliver the desired results for those looking to increase fitness abilities and have fun!
This class is for ages 5-7 and is offered Monday-Thursday from 6:00 PM-7:00 PM.
Sports Performance (Level I)

This phase provides immediate feedback to the body in regard to Balance, Coordination, Speed Power, Agility, Strength & Core Stability

Sports Performance (Ages 11-13)
This is the second phase of our Sports Performance Program after completing Level I. The difficulty will raise and exercises will be more complex. Our trainers continue to provide immediate feedback to the body in regard to Balance, Coordination, Speed Power, Agility, Strength & Core Stability.
This class is for ages 11-13 and is offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday from 7:00 PM-8:00 PM.
Elite Power (Ages 14-17)
This class is for ages 14-17 and is offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday from 7:00 PM-8:00 PM.
Now introducing 45 minutes of fun and encouraging way to get moving! This class will begin with a warm-up with stretching, followed by heart pumping freestyle. We will move into a groovy choreography set to today’s song choice. We will get the rhythm with some exciting basics into Hip-Hop. This class will showcase the movement and development of body control. This class will leave your child feeling encouraged and ready to groove! We welcome all beginners!
There are two classes offered on Wednesday's. One for older 3 year old's and younger 4 year old's as well as another for older 4 year old's and 5 year old's.
The A.E.T Adult Class utilizes Resistance Bands. They are used to rapidly activate your glutes and engage your hips through an array of lower body exercises. The goal is to stimulate legs, glutes and hip complex to give the thigh and butt a more robust and sexy physique by creating a muscular, yet rounded shape.
