A hybrid of movement skills, stability and conditioning. Energy Phase will deliver the desired results for those looking to increase fitness abilities and have fun!
This class is for ages 6-9 and is offered Monday-Thursday from 6:00 PM-7:00 PM.
Sports Performance (Level I)
Sports Performance (Ages 10-13)
This phase provides immediate feedback to the body in regard to Balance, Coordination, Speed Power, Agility, Strength & Core Stability
This class is for ages 10-13 and is offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday from 6:00 PM-7:00 PM.
Elite Power (Ages 14-18)
This class is for High School students and is offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday from 7:00 PM-8:00 PM.
