Youth Fitness Class- Ages 6-9 (Tuesday, Thursday & Friday-6:00 PM-7:00 PM)

Level 1- Ages 10-13 (Tuesday, Thursday & Friday- 6:00 PM-7:00 PM)

Level 2- Ages 14-18 (Tuesday, Thursday & Friday)- 7:00 PM-8:00 PM

Sports Performance
This is the beginning phase and works on basic Balance, Coordination, Speed, Power, Agility, Strength & Core Stability.

This class is for ages 6-9 and is offered Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday from 6:00 PM-7:00 PM.

Sports Performance (Level I)- Ages 10-13

Sports Performance
This phase provides immediate feedback to the body in regard to Balance, Coordination, Speed Power, Agility, Strength & Core Stability. Basic weightlifting begins at this phase which will include Olympic lifts bench press, squat, deadlift, amongst others

This class is for ages 9-13 and is offered Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday from 6:00 PM-7:00 PM.

Sports Performance (level 2)- Ages 14-18

The next step to achieving that " Gold Standard" of training'. True  sports Performance enhancement and injury prevention techniques are initiated. This is where athletes are created. Advanced weightlifting and speed & development drills are incorporated in this phase of our program.

This class is for High School students and is offered Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday from 7:00 PM-8:00 PM.
