sports performance classes
Our classes are challenging and technical. It contains all the intangibles that your child needs to increase their overall fitness and improve their performance. We incorporate drills that work linear speed as well as lateral speed. Develop their muscular strength and endurance as well as including cardiovascular exercises and core work.
Classes for Ages 14-18 will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 PM-8:00 PM.
Classes for Ages 10-13 will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:PM-7:00 PM.
youth fitness class (Ages 5-9)
This class is aimed toward the younger demographic. It still contains fitness components and is very basic. The kids participate in circuit based training and always finish with a fun game or activity.
This class is for ages 5-10 and is offered Monday-Thursday from 6:00 PM-7:00 PM.
Now introducing 45 minutes of fun and encouraging way to get moving! This class will begin with a warm-up with stretching, followed by heart pumping freestyle. We will move into a groovy choreography set to today’s song choice. We will get the rhythm with some exciting basics into Hip-Hop. This class will showcase the movement and development of body control. This class will leave your child feeling encouraged and ready to groove! We welcome all beginners!
There are two classes offered on Wednesday's. One for older 3 year old's and younger 4 year old's as well as another for older 4 year old's and 5 year old's.
