You will be working INDIVIDUALLY with one of our certified trainers who will assure that you are doing each routine correctly and safely. If you are seeing them on a regular basis, you and your trainer will frequently discuss your GOALS and reassess them periodically. Sessions will consist of full body strength and conditioning exercises. To MAXIMIZE results, your trainer will give you exercises to do on your own as well as nutritional guidance.
