Katy Sports and Fitness will be hosting Youth Baseball Camps throughout the sschool year (Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break and Spring Break) hosted by professional coaches and collegiate baseball players. Throughout the duration of camp, we will cover all aspects of baseball as young athletes have much to learn about the game. We will go over throwing, hitting, catching, baserunning, fielding and incorporate speed & agility exercises. Of course we will have some FUN in the process!
