Katy Sports and Fitness will be offering two Sports Performance based camps throughout the duration of the summer.

Middle School Preparation Program (Ages 10-13)

  • Tuesday & Thursday-11:00 AM-12:15 PM

High School Performance Program (Ages 14-18)

  • Tuesday & Thursday-12:30 PM-1:45 PM

Improve your athleticism with the help of our sports performance and fitness experts. Our Performance and Preparation Programs will help amateur players perform as natural athletes. Our goals are designed to relate to functional athletic movement—flexibility, balance, core strength, running mechanics, developing power and working on sprinting and lateral change of direction.
